Over the next few videos, I will be sharing habits to develop a healthy YOU. I’ll share my own experiences in discovering these principles and my hope is that as you apply these habits, you begin to experience progress, joy and peace in the places right now that feel more stress-filled than fulfilling.

February 2, 2018 at 5:09 pmI’m really excited about this series. I heard you a few years ago when you spoke in Canada and have followed your blog/writing ever since. I’ve been thinking through ways to grow and ‘adult’ better, so what a timely and encouraging message! I’m thankful for inspiring women like you who are REAL and model what some of these things look like. I’m really enjoying your new video blogs – they’re so practical and really hit home! Thanks for encouraging us to be the best version of ourselves and to grow.

February 2, 2018 at 6:09 pmI’m thankful that God sees me and knows the real me and is determined to stick around and see me through personal transformation. I’m thankful that the Holy Spirit reads me and connects with me in ways I will never comprehend. I’m thankful that God gets the last word. I’m thankful for family that I can learn from despite our differences. Oh my, the list can go on….Thank you Nicole for helping me see beneath the surface.
