Most of my twenties, I struggled to understand how to develop a prospering soul and a healthy life. My emotions seemed all over the map, my relationships were more drama-filled than I welcomed, my finances included student loans and credit card debt, my confidence was more entangled in how well I performed than how comfortable I was in my own skin, and to top it off, I didn’t know how to take care of myself physically. Adult-ing is not for the faint of heart, especially when you feel ill-prepared for all the challenges that come with it. I mean, I can’t remember anything from my physics high school class, but I sure could have used a crash-course on personal budgeting or developing a strong emotional IQ. Just sayin.
So, I’ve created a crash course for you. Over the next few videos, I will be sharing habits to develop a healthy YOU. I’ll share my own experiences in discovering these principles and my hope is that as you apply these habits, you begin to experience progress, joy and peace in the places right now that feel more stress-filled than fulfilling.
